It updates itself when you open it, so all that is left is to make an account and a character, and then you are in the world, where staff are usually online and the help menu reaches them without you leaving whatever you are doing.
Free to play, and it stays that way
Nothing about the game sits behind a payment, and credits only buy extra characters and items from the shop, never anything that decides a fight, while they can just as well be earned rather than bought, since reporting a bug that gets fixed or suggesting something that gets taken sends them to you on its own.
