I didn't get my verification code
Check spam, wait a minute, or press "Send code" again. Still nothing? Email us.
I forgot my password
On log in choose "Forgot password", enter your username or email and use the reset code we send.
Move an old character into my account
Log in, open the account menu and choose "Import character"; enter its name and password.
How many characters can I have?
3 to start, plus 3 more per premium character on the account.
Payments
How do credits work?
100 credits = $1, bought for a specific character with Stripe or PayPal.
I paid but didn't get my credits
They're added the next time that character logs in. If not, email us with your receipt and character name.
I entered the wrong character name
Email us with your receipt and we'll move the credits.
